- DIY Winter Wreath, Ida Rupp Public Library; 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.; Adults. Enjoy the season with a snowy, winter-themed wreath, dec-orated beautifully with muslin and yarn. Add mini trees, natural ac-cents, and snow to an embroidery hoop base. Winter is the time to celebrate a scenic wonderland full of white, sparkling snow. This is an Adult program – we’ll be using hot glue guns.

- Last Days of the Ship of Success, Ida Rupp Public Library; 4 – 5 p.m.; Adults. Come listen to Port Clinton native and author Rich Norgard bring to life the ship’s last days in this fascinating presen-tation. From peaceful beginnings as a trading vessel and emigrant ship, the Success became Australia’s most infamous penal hulk, later traveling the world as an exhibition ship, fascinating–and horri-fying–millions of visitors in Australia, Great Britain, and the United States. The ship ended her days on the Great Lakes on July 4th, 1946, as Lake Erie’s most fabled and famous shipwreck.
