Beki Hineline was recently hired as the Outreach Coordinator and Administrative Assistant for the Ottawa Soil & Water Conservation District in Oak Harbor. She will be working in the office, helping with various conservation programs, and increasing the marketing and public outreach for the Ottawa SWCD.
“We are excited to add Beki to our small staff to help boost our reach to the community,” said District Program Administrator Mike Libben. “There are some great things happening in our office and the agricultural community that our county can get involved in. Beki will help guide that outreach.”
Beki comes to the Ottawa SWCD from Erie MetroParks, where she oversaw marketing, public programs, and has a background in hosting special events and volunteer coordination. She is looking forward to planting roots in the local community.
Beki lives in Oak Harbor with her husband Dan, stepdaughter Lily, and daughters Joanna and Evelyn.
