I know this going to sound repetitive, but the best bite has still been down east. Vermillion has been on fire right now, still catching a nice grade of fish. I do have some numbers for your GPS again. These would be for your middle two numbers, 28 24 line. This is why most charters are still running east right now.

Trollers have been running Yeck spoons and worm harnesses, 100 to 110 back right now. There have been no reports coming out of Canada right now. I, myself, have a trip going over the next three days. Hopefully we find some nice fish there. We will let everyone know.

There has been a casting bite starting to show up two miles SE of Kelleys Island. West of the Islands is producing fish, but they are still on the smaller side. Occasionally it throws a nice one in there, but not many.

We are starting to see a few more perch reports starting to come in this past week. South of G can and SE of G can seem to have been a good spot this past week in about 22 FOW. North of the Green Can off Catawba was showing some promise this past week, along with Green Island. It is starting to get a bit tough finding emerald shiners right now. You will start seeing golden shiners at the bait stores showing up.

They are still catching nice catfish out of the bay right now. By the sounds of it, the spawn is over, and the catfish have started coming off their beds. Those bigger fish are starting to be caught again. Main source of bait has been uncooked raw shrimp and nightcrawlers. Talk again next week.
