New construction and renovations have downtown Port Clinton bustling with workers and equipment this week, even behind the scenes. An old storage building behind Rosie’s Bar & Grill was being removed to provide for employee parking. With the Meals on Madison (M.O.M.) area set to open again for summer, parking could be at a premium. With visitors and residents ready to enjoy the area for meals, drinks and music, the M.O.M. area will take over a block of parking spaces on Madison Street. A special stage will be created on Madison Street for the M.O.M. opening on Monday, May 3.
