Patricia F. Ridley, 84, of Port Clinton, passed away Saturday, Jan. 5, at Otterbein Northshore Retirement Living Community, Lakeside-Marblehead. She was born on Nov. 3, 1934 in Port Clinton to William J. and Madonna C. (Druyor) Sullivan. In 1956 she married Stanley L. Ridley, and he preceded her in death on July 26, 2005.
Patricia worked for Standard Products in Port Clinton, retiring in 1999. She was also an ordained minister, devoted Christian, long standing member of the Worship Center Church in Toledo, OH and very dedicated to her family.
Patricia is survived by her sisters, Kit (Jake) Perry, Kay Crane, Joy Friend, Sallye (Bill) Lowe and brothers, Dinny Sullivan and John (Brenda) Sullivan. Although she had no children of her own, her many nieces & nephews and great nieces & nephews were considered her children and grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sisters, Pamalee Carpenter and Shawn Wadsworth, sister-in-law, Kay Sullivan, brothers-in-law, Neal Crane and Jack Carpenter, and niece, Jayne Long.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 17, at the Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, 216 Washington St., Port Clinton, where funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m., Friday, Jan. 18.
