Patricia J. Cook, 92, of Port Clinton passed away on Monday, Sept. 30, at Ottawa County Riverview Health Care Campus in Oak Harbor. She was born on Nov. 22, 1926 in Monroe, Mich., daughter of Wilbert and Doris (Frank) Rye. Patricia taught seventh grade science at Port Clinton Junior High for 19 years, retiring in 1987.

Surviving are children Polly Cook, Seattle, Wash., Charles (Sue) Cook, Toledo; and Tom (Ronald T.) (Alice) Cook, Bowling Green.
