Port Clinton High School’s head tennis coach, Aaron Taylor, is retiring after 12 seasons. Taylor’s teams won four SBC championships. A number of his players won individual SBC championships, and a larger number earned all-SBC honors. Additionally, he sent players to the district tournament on an annual basis.

PCHS Athletic Director Rick Dominick is grateful for the impact Taylor had on the school.

“Aaron Taylor has been a wonderful role model for the young men involved in our boys tennis program over the past 12 seasons. He is the consummate professional in how he has conducted himself and his program,” Dominick said. “His success in the SBC and at the OHSAA sectional tournament level speaks for itself. Our program sustained a high level of competitiveness during Coach Taylor’s time as our head coach. Port Clinton tennis is in a good place because of Aaron’s dedication and leadership.”
