Perch, Peach, Pierogi, Polka bash is cancelled

The three-day Perch, Peach, Pierogi & Polka Festival that has been a big hit over Labor Day weekend in Port Clinton for years, has been cancelled. The chairmen, core committee and many throughout the community had been hoping and praying for a miracle to allow us to proceed with our festival this year.

Unfortunately, due to the restrictions placed on gatherings and festivals by the Ohio Department of Health, festival officials concerned about the health and well-being of patrons and workers, cancelled the 2020 event. We anticipate the festival will resume in 2021.

Co-chairmen Gerry Arnold and Ed Verkin would like to thank everyone for the amazing efforts put forth to make this the best festival in the area. They are sure it will be even bigger and better next year.
