Ready to roll in a special Poker Run for the Humane Society of Ottawa County on Saturday June 10 is Ileana Garza’s cute four-legged partner, Iris.

VFW Post 2480 in Port Clinton is hosting a Poker Run to benefit the Humane Society of Ottawa County on Saturday June 10. Registration begins at 10 a..m. at the VFW Post, 214 Madison St., Port Clinton.

Bikes will leave at noon, and return to the VFW at 4 p.m. Stops include  the Portage Inn in Elmore, Bono Tavern in Bono, Crazy Lady in Curtice and Howey’s in Oak Harbor. Cars are also welcome to participate in the poker run.

Cost is $15 for drivers and $10 for passengers. Food will be provided upon return to the VFW. Prizes will be awarded for first, second and third place. A 50/50 raffle will be held, and gifts baskets will be auctioned.
