Port Clinton Bowling

Last night the Port Clinton Redskin Bowling teams traveled to Riverview Lanes in Huron to take on the Huron Tigers. The Port Clinton Boys returned to their winning way by outscoring Huron 2759-2630. The boys posted team games of 825 and 994 and a baker set of 940. Huron bowled games of 795 and 946 and a baker set of 889. Leading the scoring for the Redskins were Rok Scott 204-196 (400) and DeVonte Bates 152-234 (386). They were followed by Christopher Sanford 181-185 (366) and Dylan Smothers 167-196 (365). Willy Brooks added a 187 and Tommy Brooks a 117. Their season record is now 5-4, (4-1 SBC).

Scoring for Huron: Anthony Drivas 142-189 (331), Gabe Schwiefort 170-199 (369), Tobias Williams 133-168, Hunter Warren 181-175 (356) and Nick Pack 169-215 (384).

The Port Clinton Lady Redskins also won over Huron by a score of 1991-2856. The girls rolled games of 650 and 762 with a baker set of 579. Huron rolled 611 and 705 with a baker set of 540. Leading the Lady Redskins were Chyeanne Strader 143-185 (328) and Michelle Brough 127-181 (308). Rounding out the scoring were Gabie Klein 149-136 (285), Chloe Cook 124-127 (251) and Sierra Seibold 107-133 (240). Their season record is 5-4, (2-2 SBC).

Scoring for Huron: Blair Porter 136-179 (315), Lyndsey Steinmetz 126-165 (291), Blair Petze 143-114 (257), Morgan Gast 109-138 (247) and Emily Warren 97-109 (206).

The Redskins are back in action at 4:00 on Thursday night at Star Lanes at the Harbor against the Edison Chargers.
