Port Clinton DECA’s Mia Sanchez is qualifier at State Competition

Senior Mia Sanchez will represent Port Clinton High School DECA at the DECA International Career Development Conference in Orlando, Fla.

Port Clinton High School was represented at the annual DECA State competition’s Career Development Conference recently in Columbus on recently , and both Isaac Apple and Mia Sanchez placed in the top 12. Sanchez will continue her DECA journey in Orlando, Fla., representing Port Clinton at the national level in the School Based Enterprise project food operations on April 21-26.

Port Clinton DECA students also participating in the state contest were Joseph Apple, Olivia Perry, Katherine Rodgers, Olivia Rodgers, Christen Sayre, Wyatt Siefke, Jessica Waddell, Jordan Waddell, Aidan Weber and Taylor Werling. Bill Hollister is the PCHS Marketing Instructor and DECA Advisor.
