Port Clinton firemen visit Bataan Primary

Oct 30, 2019 | Around Ottawa County | 0 comments

Bataan kindergarten students Piper Mominee, Nayleea Arnold, Addilyn Hildreth and Kahlie Blohm are amazed by the heat sensor demonstrated by PC Firefighter Rob Ward.

There were fire trucks lined up outside of Bataan Memorial Primary Elementary but it was no cause for alarm. The Port Clinton Fire Department came to visit kindergarten students recently, with firefighters showing students their equipment. The youngsters had the opportunity to board the trucks and ambulance.

Students were very excited for this hands on experience, said school officials. See more photos of their visit at the Bataan Primary photo album at www.pccsd.net or facebook.com/portclintonschools.
