The Port Clinton High School girls soccer team defeated Clyde, 5-0, as
Mattison Koskela assisted on goals by Alexis Spears and Rebekah Nehls for a 2-0 first half lead. Spears scored two goals and Avery Joseph scored an assisted goal for a 4-0 lead, and Madison Owen made it 5-0. The Redskins Marie Gluth and the defense notched its third shutout of the season to become 3-3-0 on the season. Port Clinton takes on the Edison Chargers on Wednesday, Sept. 4.
