Port Clinton Police post $2,000 reward for information on Harley Dilly

The Port Clinton Police Department along with Ottawa County Prosecutor, James VanEerten offered a $2,000 reward on Christmas Day for information leading to the safe return of Harley Dilly of Port Clinton.

Dilly was last seen on Friday, Dec. 20 in Port Clinton. The 14-year-old was last seen leaving for school between the hours of 6-7 a.m., but the freshman never arrived at school. Dilly was last seen wearing glasses, grey sweatpants, a maroon “puffy” jacket, and black tennis shoes.

The youngster, has brown hair, green eyes and wears eyeglasses. He is 4-foot 9 inches tall and weighs 100 pounds. Law enforcement is concerned for his safety.
