Port Clinton serenades holiday seniors at 20th Breakfast with the Arts

Port Clinton High School’s A Cappella Ensemble, Touch of Class, performs at the 20th Annual Holiday Breakfast with the Arts.

Port Clinton High School welcomed local senior citizens to the 20th annual Port Clinton High School’s Holiday Breakfast with the Arts recently to enjoy a free breakfast and beautiful music. The students entertained them with special performances of the Port Clinton Band, Choirs and Orchestra.

The event showcases each holiday season Port Clinton High School’s talented students and the special show is a way to give back to the local community.

The guests were welcomed by Patrick Adkins, Superintendent of Schools, and Gary Steyer, PCHS Principal. The breakfast meal was prepared by Director of Food Services Pam Bacon and her staff. The Port Clinton High School Choirs were under the direction of Bruno Bush. The orchestra was under the direction of Adam Murray and the concert band was directed by Rod Miller.

In addition, student artwork was on display presented by Port Clinton High School Art Teacher Gwen Harkelroad. Students from Port Clinton High School organizations such as Leadership Council and National Honor Society helped to host the event.
