The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) today scheduled a local public hearing to provide customers the chance to express their views on Carroll Township Treatment Services’ (CTTS) application to increase its rates for sewage disposal. The local public hearing is scheduled is Wednesday, Feb. 12, at 6 p.m. at the Carroll Township Service Complex, 11080 West Toussaint East Rd., Oak Harbor.
Those who testify at the local public hearing will have their comments added to the case record. Customers may also submit comments online at PUCO.ohio.gov or by mail to PUCO,180 E. Broad St., Columbus, OH 43215. Comments should include the case number 18-889-ST-AIR.
An evidentiary hearing will be held on Feb. 24, 2020, at 10 a.m. at the PUCO offices in Columbus. More information regarding Carroll Township Treatment Services’ application and the rate case process may be found on the PUCO website at www.PUCO.ohio.gov. A copy of the company’s application is available by searching the Docketing Information System for case number 18-889-ST-AIR.
