Real Living Morgan Realty announces new management structure

Real Living Morgan Realty Group has announced a new management structure for the company’s sales office leadership team serving the North coast and Central Ohio, said COO Jeff Morgan

Broker and Owner Alex Morgan Johnson, with more than 20 years experience in the real estate industry, has been named President of Real Living Morgan Realty Group. Alex earned her Brokers license in 2007, and has served as President of the Firelands Association of Realtors board in 2017 and 2021.

Secretary of Ottawa County Habitat for Humanity, Port Clinton High School Varsity Cheer Coach, Port Clinton Main Street board member, and Past President of the Port Clinton Junior Women’s Club, she is C2EX Certified and has earned RSPS, E Pro, CNE, CMS, CRS and GRI designations.

Brandon Fitt has been named Sales Manager at Real Living Morgan Realty Group. Brandon has 10 years of experience in the real estate industry and has recently earned his Brokers license. Fitt serves on the Professional Standards Committee, Form Committee and MLS Advisory Board of the Fireland Board of Realtors. He has served on the Immaculate Conception School Advisory Board, youth soccer coach, and Knights of Columbus.

Wendy Johnson has been named Office Manager and Transaction Coordinator. Johnson has been involved in the real estate industry for six years, and sits on the Grievance Committee and MLS Advisory of the Firelands Board of Realtors. She is also Director of Youth Baseball in Port Clinton.

Real Living Morgan Realty Group services Ashland, Crawford, Erie, Holmes, Huron, Medina, Morrow, Ottawa, Richland, Sandusky, and Wayne counties with offices in Port Clinton, Catawba Island and Sandusky.
