The Benton-Carroll-Salem Board of Education honored Rebekah Witkowski recently with the 2023 Franklin B. Walter Outstanding Educator Award. This award is presented to one educator from each of Ohio’s 16 State Support Team Regions for their extraordinary contributions to the education of students with disabilities. Witkowski was lauded for her outstanding achievement, hard work and dedication in the classroom.  Director of Student Services Jim Boss presented Witkowski with the honor, along with numerous exceptional remarks from her colleagues, students and student’s families.
