A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Polter Real Estate was recently held by Main Street Port Clinton, Port Clinton Chamber of Commerce and the City of Port Clinton to congratulate owners Jaime and Steve Polter.

The Polters established Polter Real Estate in March 2017 with its first office in Downtown Fremont. The 130-year-old building was in disrepair and empty for a decade. The Polters renovated that building into a beautiful space, which added to the revitalization of downtown Fremont.

The Polters then purchased 130 Madison Street in downtown Port Clinton in September 2018. A complete renovation included ceilings, electrical and plumbing. The exterior was painted and new storefront glass was installed.

Polter Real Estate is now comprised of 15 licensed agents and growing, servicing the entire Northwest Ohio and North Coast area.
