Robert M. “Pat” Collins, 93, of Port Clinton, passed away peacefully, Tuesday, May 5, at Firelands Regional Medical Center, Sandusky. He was born August 26, 1926 in Claiborne, Tenn. the son of Robert M. and Hulda (Tolliver) Collins.
