Dianne Rozak, a long-time trustee in Danbury Township on the Marblehead Peninsula, is a stellar photographer pursuing the spectacular images of colorful warblers, dramatic bald eagles and exceptional waterfowl that live in or visit the Lake Erie Islands and Ohio shoreline areas of Northwest Ohio. Rozak has graciously shared many of her favorite photos with The Beacon for this week’s special section, which will help to kick off the Biggest Week in American Birding on May 5-14, a special week that lures tens of thousands of bird watchers to the area each spring.
