Ryan C. Ross, 36, residing in Port Clinton, passed away Sunday, Jan. 9. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 18, 11 a.m. at St John Lutheran Church, 450 N Rocky Ridge Rd., Oak Harbor. Burial will follow in Elliston Cemetery, Elliston. Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements.
