The Sand Beach Conservancy District, which provides conservation and flood control to Sand Beach on the shoreline of Lake Erie in western Ottawa County, will have its board meeting on Thursday, Aug. 26 at 7 p.m. The board will meet at the Carroll Township Hall, 11080 W. Toussaint East Rd.
