SIMPLE GESTURES organizer Kathy Jo Schweitzer recently presented a huge supply of 536 baby essentials to HEARTBEAT, an educational, relationship, resource assistance program for families with unplanned pregnancies in Ottawa County. The needs included were bath supplies and towel sets, burp cloths and sheets, bibs, toys and books, baby bodysuits, blankets, a gorgeous homemade afghan, pacifiers, snacks, personal items for Mom, 2,726 wet wipes and 534 diapers.
