Soul Stretch Yoga ‘aglow’ for Lighthouse Sober Living

Put on some glow sticks and neon body paint, and light up the night with the gang at Soul Stretch Yoga Studio to benefit Lighthouse Sober Living on Sept. 21. Join the yoga crowd for a GLOWGA event, or glow in the dark yoga, deep in the stone wine cellar at Mon Ami Restaurant and Historic Winery.

Rose Sabin, who holds yoga classes at the little log cabin on the east side of Mon Ami Restaurant at 3865 E. Wine Cellar Rd., Port Clinton, will make the switch to Mon Ami’s wine cellar to turn the black lights on for a special fun-loving experience from 7-9 p.m. Yoga fans will enjoy glow in the dark vinyasa yoga while wearing neon body paint, glow sticks and blinking light rings.

“We do a variety of fundraisers throughout the year. This event will illuminate a very good cause. Lighthouse Sober Living works diligently throughout the year to help people on the road to recovery from addiction at its Men’s Home and Women’s Home in Port Clinton,” said Sabin. “Last year we had a huge turnout for GLOWGA and raised more than $1,200 for Bistro 163.”

The doors will open at 6:30 p.m. For information, call 440-223-7673 or visit soulstretchyoga.com
