Spot of tea? Oak Harbor Library has it brewing

The Oak Harbor Public Library is inviting everyone to come for a spot of tea! Join the Daughters of the British Empire, who will provide an English Tea on Sunday, Sept. 22 at 2 p.m. at the library. Registration is required. Call 419-898-7001 or visit oakharborpubliclibrary.org. There is no charge. Donations are accepted. Dress appropriate for an afternoon tea.

Do you raise your own Monarch butterflies? Learn about how you can tag them at the library on Sept. 19 at 6 p.m. Did you know some go as far as Mexico?

Do you like to watercolor? Come on Thursdays from 12:30 to 4 p.m. and join other painters. The Local History Museum Center is open to the public on Thursdays from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Bring your children and join other mothers, fathers and grandparents at the “One Size Fits all Story Time” at 11:30 a.m. every Wednesday.
