PORT CLINTON – Three Legged Dog, located at 116 Madison St. in Port Clinton, is holding a Howl-O-Woof bash on Saturday, Oct. 25, from 2 to 5 p.m. to benefit the Humane Society of Ottawa County. Cosponsors are Port Clinton Candy Company, Beer Thirty’s, and Fido and Felix.

Take your dog trick or treating through the downtown Port Clinton business district from 2 to 4 p.m. The event will include a dog costume contest, and the $5 entry fee will benefit the Humane Society. The winner will be announced at Three Legged Dog at 4 p.m.

The fundraiser will also include a Chinese auction and 50/50 drawing.

Anyone wanting to donate items for the Humane Society can visit the Humane Society of Ottawa County website at www.humanesocietyofottawacounty.org for a list of needed items at the shelter. Items can be dropped off at any of the sponsor businesses.
