Terra State Community College will be hosting a discussion of current professional women’s issues with area high school students, current Terra State students and members of the community at its sixth annual Women’s Leadership Forum on Wednesday, March 4 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.

The forum will be held at Terra State Community College’s The Neeley Center, 2830 Napoleon Rd., Fremont. The goal of the forum is to promote the importance of mentors in both the personal and professional lives of young women.

The event format begins with a student luncheon with 150 local female high school and community college students, 25 community women leaders and three distinguished panelists. After lunch, the panelists will discuss examples of mentors who have had a positive impact on their careers, along with some pointers and tips they wish someone would have shared with them in their college years.
