Is it Terrific Tuesday? Or Wacky Wednesday?

No! It’s Theatrical Thursday on June 9, 7 p.m. at Playmakers Civic Theatre. The Guild Meeting (general membership) will begin with a social half-hour featuring delectable sweet treats by premier bakers Debbie Gordon and Sue Doell.  Director Linda Rastle will introduce the marvelous cast of “The Wonderettes,” which opens on July 15.

Set to entertain the PCT meeting will be Pam Shirtz, Melinda Bahnsen Fluckinger, Kristen Stewart and Amanda Riznikove with songs from the show. That includes such 50’s classics “Sandman” and “Lollipop.” Great music will be followed by a business meeting.

Topping the night’s agenda is approval of the 2022-2023 Season,

which includes “Rented Christmas, The Musical,” “Barefoot In The Park,” and “Where Did I Leave My Pants?.” The slate of officers will presented and more information on the next PCT/TAG Workshop, “How To Write A Play,” presented at PCT on Wednesday, June 15, 2 p.m.

Whether you are a current member, past member or potential member, there’s lots of theatrical excitement at 604 W. Sixth St., Port Clinton on Thursday, June 9.
