Timothy J. Wahlers, 64 of Fremont, OH, died Sunday, March 3, 2024 at Promedica Toledo Hospital after a lengthy illness. He was born December 17, 1959 in Port Clinton, OH to Roland L. Wahlers and LaVerne E. (Winke). He was a 1977 graduate of Danbury High School. He attended DeVry Institute of Technology.

In 1989, he married the former Terrie Goldstein and she survives. He had worked for Yamaha in Newnan, Georgia, ABC-INOAC in Fremont, Ohio, and Tecmar in Beachwood, Ohio. At other points in his life he had been a painter, landscaper and in his teens a laborer for Bergman Orchards. He was raised a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Port Clinton. He loved fishing, hunting and being outdoors. He was an avid Indians, Buckeyes and NASCAR fan. He prolonged his life by pushing himself to the limits at work, on shores and in forests. In his school years he was a natural distance runner, helping Cross Country and Track teams achieve many accolades. He frequently ran local 5-10K charity events for cause. Larger than life, he gave all he had always for others.

Survivors include his wife Terrie of Fremont, OH; step-daughter Mindi (Tony) Maschari of Marblehead, OH; father Roland L. (Joy Herman) Wahlers, of Danbury, OH; mother LaVerne (Michael) Ferdon of Port Clinton, OH; sister Robin (Kurt Wenzinger) Wahlers of Danbury, OH; brother Patrick (Jane) Wahlers of Port Clinton, OH; Sister-in-law Joyce (Cole) Goldstein, Georgia; and grandchildren Tegan and Luke Maschari. He is also survived by his former spouse Robin (Doski) King, Saginaw, Michigan, and daughter Amanda King, Chandler, Arizona. He is preceded in death by his Father-in-law Terrie L. Goldstein; Mother-in-law Dottie (Bebow) Goldstein; Brother-in-law Michael T. Goldstein; maternal grandparents Mary (Hermes) Winke and Stephen Winke; Paternal grandparents Gladys (Lynch) Wahlers and Roland A. Wahlers.

Private Graveside Services will be held in Salem Township Union Cemetery, Oak Harbor. Memorial
