Todd Williams, 71, born April 20,1949, in Valparaiso, Indiana, died on June 13 at The Laurels, New London. Todd was a life-time resident of Catawba Island. His father, Ed Williams and mother, Jean (Ludwig) Williams both have passed away, leaving their Stony Acres homestead to their three children — Todd and Mark Williams and Beth (Williams) Xavier. Todd leaves a daughter, Stefani Williams, and two grandchildren — Mekhia and Elijah.
He was a Port Clinton High School graduate. He went on to graduate from LeTourneau University, with a degree in Aviation Technology and had hoped to become a missionary pilot. Todd served in the Ohio Air National Guard. He was a highly skilled tradesman, with a passion for both sailing and flying. He exemplified a servant’s loving heart through quietly serving the Lord, his family and friends. Todd spent much of his free time joyfully helping others.
A graveside service of remembrance will be held at the Catawba Island Cemetery, on Monday, June 29 at 11:00 A.M. Due to Covid 19, it is necessary for you to bring your own chair if needed. Immediately after the graveside service, everyone is welcome to join the family and friends for lunch at Stony Acres, the Williams homestead, located at 2096 N.W. Catawba Road.
