The Benton-Carroll-Salem School District has announced that Officer Tom Walsh has joined the Oak Harbor Police Department as its new School Resource Officer (SRO). Officer Walsh replaces Officer Ryan McKinnon.

Officer Walsh joins Officer Dean Hammer to create a safe and welcoming environment for students and parents all across the district. Officer Walsh brings 24 years of law enforcement experience to his work, including nearly four years as a School Resource Officer in Medina County.
