A ribbon cutting ceremony was held for Twisted Shears Hair Studio recently at its new location at 212 West Water St., in downtown Oak Harbor.
Twisted Shears Hair Studio is a full-service salon offering haircuts, hair color, highlights, men’s beard and mustache trimming, special occasion updo’s, hair styling, tanning beds, manicures, pedicures, eyebrow waxing and paraffin dips.
