Veterans Appreciation Day held around county Oct. 16

Veterans around Ottawa County will celebrate Veterans Appreciation Day on Saturday, Oct. 16 from 10-11:30 a.m. at Lakeview Park in Port Clinton, Veterans Park in Oak Harbor and Veterans Park in Genoa.

Cider, coffee, donuts and bagels will be available. Veterans Appreciation Day is sponsored by the Ottawa County Republican Women’s Club, in conjunction with Veterans Auxiliary groups around Ottawa County.
