The Friends of Ottawa Wildlife Refuge has kicked off its annual fundraiser, selling raffle tickets to win a dramatic photograph of a bald eagle and chick in the nest by freelance photographer Jan Beck, who is based in Cleveland. The photo by Beck is featured on this year’s Ohio Wildlife Legacy Stamp.

Entries in the Friends of Ottawa Wildlife Refuge raffle can be purchased for $5 now through Thursday, Oct. 13. Call for details at 419-898-0014 Ext. 13. The winning entry will be drawn on Friday, Oct. 14 to help celebrate National Wildlife Refuge Week.
