William “Bill” A. Prieur, Jr. died Sunday, Dec. 5, in the H.B. Magruder Hospital, Port Clinton, after a brief illness. He was born in Sandusky on Nov. 28, 1960, the son of William A. Prieur, Sr. and Agnes M. (Strouse) Prieur-Smith.
