William R. Thomas, 71, of Port Clinton, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 2, at Firelands Regional Medical Center, Sandusky. He was born on Dec. 19, 1949, in Fostoria to Richard J. and Margaret L. (Workley) Thomas.
