Great Lakes Community Action Partnership’s Early Head Start Home Based Program provides at home learning for children ages 0-3 in Ottawa, Sandusky, Seneca, and Wood Counties.
Officials of the Early Head Start Home Based Program believe parents and families are children’s first and most important teachers, and that a child’s home is their primary learning environment. The program can assist parents in creating a positive home environment for their children’s growth and development.
With warmer weather approaching, the Home Based program is resuming in person visits in an outdoor setting. Families will still have the option to take part in virtual learning sessions; but those who wish to have our coaches meet at their residence, are able to complete their visits face to face.
