Through the generosity of the Musical Art Series of Port Clinton, the Toledo Opera visited Immaculate Conception School and presented Hansel and Gretel vs. the Witch. The new adaptation of Humperdinck’s classic opera turns the famous story of the Witch and those crafty kids on its head. Narrated by Hansel—all grown up, he tells the audience what actually went on in that fantastic gingerbread house—the ICS students and staff gave a huge thank you to the Musical Art Series and Toledo Opera. Bravo!
