Something fishy going on at The Arts Garage

The Arts Garage (TAG) will be serving up something fishy this Saturday, May 22, from 11:15 a.m. to 2 p.m., as the Rotary Club of Port Clinton provides a Perch Wagon drive-through fundraising opportunity that will allow supporters of the Greater Port Clinton Area Arts Council to catch a sneak peek of the renovations to the city garage building located at 317 W. Perry St., Port Clinton.

A limited menu of only perch sandwich platters, for $15, will be served during the event. Those interested in purchasing meals are asked to enter the building at the north door to place an order. Volunteers will “tag” vehicles with the number of platters purchased, and orders will be filled as customers exit the south door. Proceeds benefit both TAG and Rotary Club of Port Clinton.

The Greater Port Clinton Area Arts Council envisions TAG to be a place where a diverse group of artists can come together to create and to share their specific talents. For more information about the $1.3 million renovation project of the 9,000 square-foot facility, built in 1935, visit ottawacountyarts.org.
